POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Must have Florida NMLS Mortgage License to Qualify for this Position!

Have the flexibility to work as a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer remotely from your home office or in a furnished office. The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote Position) will be responsible for managing the mortgage loan process from origination to closing. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote) you will also maintain relationships with clients and assist with underwriting and customer service. You must have your NMLS Loan Officer License, have integrity, proven track record, and be highly motivated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of conforming, non-conforming, and government Mortgage products/programs
• Fantastic customer service and communication skills
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
• Knowledge of using Loan Officer Software and CRM’s
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
• Active NMLS License is required
• Familiarity with Federal, regulatory laws and regulations governing mortgage lending
• Strong organizational and time management skills
