They were able to handle every curveball we threw at ’em and still managed to close on time. They communicated with us and was transparent with everything. I HIGHLY recommend them! Extremely honest and professional and went above and beyond to help me get my first ever home loan! I fell in love with a house and needed to move asap, even before my previous home had sold! There were a lot of things we had to work around, but Pathway was so patient and guided me through the entire thing. Made it so easy! I literally couldn’t have purchased our forever home without them! The buying process is crazy enough without having to worry about the loan side of it, just get a hold of Pathway and they will handle everything for you!
