Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor – 12/2023

We require an experienced Loan Processor to join our team and be a key player in our processing department for our very busy mortgage company. The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats providing assistance and support for the processing of mortgages.

 Responsibilities:

• input data into multiple cloud based applications
• draft correspondence
• check credit and income documents to ensure they are sufficient for underwriting
• create and send initial mortgage disclosures and closing disclosures
• upload new loan applications to different banks and lenders
• submit initial documents and conditions to underwriting.
• analyze credit reports for potential errors and red flags.
• provide hands-on assistance with loan origination and closing processes
• provide excellent communication and customer service to loan officers and clients throughout the loan process
• analyze closing documents to help ensure quality control and compliance.
• verify information on loan applications
• review and verify income calculations
• perform 3^rd party verifications for employment, income, deposits, and rental history
• assist with ordering 3^rd party services such as homeowners insurance, title work, and appraisals
• help manage client data in the Pathway corporate CRM software.
• maintain & manage company calendar.

Requirements:

• at least 2 year's of experience in mortgage loan processing
• must be great at multi-tasking
• possess a working knowledge of common mortgage loan programs and process
• good at following a process, but also flexible to different tasks that may arise
• efficient in using all software (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Adobe)
• quick at grasping new ideas and concepts
• comfortable and fast at learning new computer programs and software
• good at working with a team and keeping a positive attitude
• must be a good communicator but also detailed oriented
• must be driven and self-motivating
• able to notice and find solutions for problems without constant advice and direction from management

Benefits:

• base salary: $43,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year (based on experience) + monthly bonuses: $15,000- $25,000 per year
